MyEli takes pride in its manufacturing process and quality and as such, every MyEli jewelry piece is guaranteed to work without problems and defects for 2 years from the date of purchase as long as it has been handled and cared according to the user’s manual.

In the event of a defect or malfunction, customer must contact Hekateco to initiate the return of the defective jewelry as soon as possible. If we determine the issue is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge.

If, however, we determine that the item has not been handled and cared properly, the customer is responsible for repairs and shipping charges should he / she chooses to repair. We will advise of repair and shipping charges on a case by case basis.
